Jewelry Care Tips

Tip1: Daily Wear

Put on jewelry after using cosmetics, perfumes, or lotions—chemicals in these products can damage metals and gemstones. Remove jewelry before sports, housework, bathing, or swimming (seawater/chlorine is especially harmful) to avoid tarnishing, scratches, or setting damage.

Tip2: Cleaning

For gold/silver, use mild soapy warm water and a soft brush; use a silver polish cloth for tarnished silver. For diamonds/rubies, soak in soapy water 10-15 minutes, then brush gently—avoid ultrasonic cleaners for fragile gems like emeralds. Wipe pearls/amber with a soft cloth; never soak pearls.

Tip3: Storage

Keep jewelry separate in soft pouches or compartmentalized boxes to prevent tangling/scratching. Store away from sunlight, heat, and humidity (e.g., not in bathrooms) to avoid fading or tarnishing. Wrap delicate pieces in acid-free paper for long-term storage.

Tip4: Check & Care

Inspect every 3-6 months for loose gems or bent prongs. Have valuable jewelry professionally cleaned/checked yearly. Avoid DIY repairs for complex issues to prevent further damage.

Metal

The metal part may oxidize and fade due to improper wearing, such as wearing it while showering or swimming, or getting contaminated by cosmetics like perfume and foundation. Therefore, it is recommended that customers wear jewelry correctly and store it properly in a sealed jewelry bag when not wearing it. If the jewelry is accidentally oxidized and faded, you can wipe it with a silver polishing cloth or contact customer service for maintenance advice.

Diamonds and Gemstones

Avoid heavy impacts to prevent them from falling off or cracking.

Pearls

Pearls are natural products, and it is normal for their surface to have long lines or small pits. The shapes of pearls are diverse, and it is impossible to make them completely uniform; we can only try to make them as similar as possible. Please understand.
